What is the Client Summit?
The Client Summit is a pre-conference forum for client executives happening before the main thought leadership event. It takes place the afternoon of October 5 and is open to all active clients as of October 2026. Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Hear from our product team about our newest innovations and where our roadmap is headed
- Learn directly from other clients on how they're getting the most out of the Laudio platform for their leaders
- Engage with the Laudio Insights leaders on our latest research and its real-world application

What airport should I fly into?
Boston Logan Airport is roughly 20 minutes from the Fairmont Copley Plaza by car. There a range of convenient options for travel to/from the airport detailed on the Fairmont Copley Plaza website (taxi/uber, subway, Back Bay Shuttle).

Who should attend LINE?
LINE is a highly-curated, invitation-only small forum for health system executives in VP+ roles. LINE is open to senior leaders in all roles, but is primarily focused on executives in operations, HR, and nursing, along with CEO/President roles.
LINE is a thought leadership event open to clients and non-clients alike; about half of attendees are not existing clients.
Can I invite colleagues to attend with me?

Is the media allowed to attend this event?
